Shipping
Shipping is additional to the price of our tiles and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We offer 3 options for shipping our tiles to you. You can pay per box at checkout for your tiles to be couriered, you can pick up from us in Cambridge or organise your own freight company to collect from us.
1. We are happy to help with quoting for shipping, especially for larger orders. We will need a delivery address to give you a quote. Please advise if you require delivery direct to you or if you are happy to collect from a freight depot. We recommend you contact us prior to ordering so we can organise a quote for you. We would invoice you separately for shipping.
2. We are happy to organise a time that you can pick up your tiles in Cambridge.
3. You can organise your own shipping, and we will have it ready for collection.
Please Note: We take no responsibility for the condition of the product once it leaves our possession if they are collected by either the purchaser or collected by freight forwarder organised by the purchaser. This includes having your own insurance.
